music for as long as she can remember
and currently serves as director of music
ministries at the First Presbyterian
Church of River Forest, Illinois, where she
is organist and directs the vocal, handbell
and brass choirs. Her full-time
employment is as music editor with Hope
Publishing Company of Carol Stream,
Illinois. As editor she is responsible for
the 2001 hymnal publication Worship &
Rejoice. She is a graduate of Olivet
Nazarene University, the University of
Kansas, and received from Northwest
University the Doctor of Music degree
which is put to use on a daily basis in
both her church role and in the
publishing world. She has studied with
several distinguished instructors,
including Stephen Nielson, Tim Nelson,
James Higdon and Richard Enright.
Jane resides in Wheaton, Illinois with her
husband, David L. Weck.
